Dr. “Swae” Harris is a Nurse Practitioner at MINDGLAMOUR, PLLC who partners closely with Dr. Michael Brown, MD. She originally attended the University of Tennessee at Martin, in Martin Tennessee, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. While working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, she returned to school at Mississippi University for Women completing a Dual Track Master of Science in Nursing (Pediatric/Family) degree and later returned to Wilmington University with Post Master’s studies in Psychiatry across the spectrum a subspecialty. She has worked in Dermatology, Pediatrics/Adolescents (lead provider of 1st episode psychosis), Correctional Health, Substance use Disorders, HIV services and currently in Psychiatry (TRD/anxiety/Trauma (PTSD)/Substance Use Disorder-SUD)/ADHD. While working full-time with Raymond C. Blackburn, M.D., Diseases and Minor Surgery of the Skin, she returned to school at Texas Woman’s University to complete her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2010.
